Vídeo de la semana (pasada): Kamelot - The Haunting (Somewhere In Time)

Nuevamente me retraso en poner el vídeo de los viernes. Es "estresante" esto de tratar de llevar una periodicidad en la publicación, jeje.

Hoy vamos a poner el vídeo que Kamelot grabaron para su tema "The Haunting (Somewhere In Time)", acompañados de la bella Simone Simons (vocalista de los holandeses Epica, banda que, a su vez, tomó el nombre de un álbum de Kamelot). La del vídeo es una version acortada del tema que aparece en el disco "The Black Halo" (2005), primera parte de una serie dedicada a la obra de Goethe, "Fausto". A mí, esto de acortar canciones para ponerlas en la radio o hacer vídeos nunca me ha parecido bien; una canción dura lo que dura. Y encima llamarlo "edit version" y ponértelo como "bonus track" me parece ya el colmo de la tontería. Pero vamos, que el vídeo está muy bien, y la canción es muy buena. Si las radiofórmulas fueran más "abiertas" musicalmente, esto podría haber sido un éxito comercial, en mi opinión. El estribillo se te pega al cerebro como las lapas se pegan a la piedra ostionera.
